The local radio station "Radio Runde Hamm" is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Beatles from May 20th until June 2nd in Hamm (Allee Center), Germany. I have visited the exhibition at May 22nd and May 29th 2010. It was indeed a very nice event and I was very lucky to tell a couple of things about the McCartney discography and about collecting McCartney singles generally. The complete interview was aired already on May 25th. As soon I got the recording of the interview I will try to upload a few sequences at this place. At the moment it seems that the release of volume 2 of the discography is indeed a "long and winding road"! Unfortunately I have to handle much more problems than I had with volume 1. The only good thing about this unmeant delay is the fact, that I was again able to add much more items to the book. Thanks again to all the collectors who helped out with additional information and scans. I´m very sorry that I did not post any news in the last weeks/months, but it is indeed a lot of work in the background necessary to get it all done. Meanwhile I got in touch with some more printing companies and even it´s still not "home and dry", it looks that it definetely goes forward now. I´ll do my best to keep you informed.
